The Three Kingdoms period (220-280 AD) was characterized by the tripartite division of China among the states of (曹魏 Wei, 蜀汉 Shu and 东吴 Wu). Formidable warlords adopted brilliant strategies and core values to gain respect and govern their people; learning how to pick the best timing for the right cause of action; to select strategic locations that will advance their plans; to deploy the right commander to the right role and to devise the right administration policy that lead to the prosperity of their territories.
This workshop focuses on the concept of strategy and strategic approaches adopted by supreme leaders in the Three Kingdoms Era. You will study the strategies employed and gain valuable insights that can be applied to your organization.
